Asset Management Strategy
1	The Panel is asked to note that the recommendation of the Panel at its meeting on 26 January 2010 was considered by Cabinet on 11 March 2010 resulting in the following:               “Moved by Councillor Latchford, seconded by Councillor Kirby and resolved that the Asset Disposals procedure, within the 2007 – 2011 Asset Disposal Strategy be amended; to include all leases granted, of 25 years or more, within the definition of asset disposals.  And therefore subject to public engagement and Scrutiny review before final decision on disposal may be taken.”	Agreed by Cabinet. The decision does not require final decision by Council.
