I am now in my third term as a Thanet District Councillor representing Northwood ward and I am also a Governor of Dame Janet Junior School and of St. Joseph's Catholic Primary School.
My special interest is planning and I was a member of the Licensing Board and its sub-committees between 2003 and 2011.
I am a Ramsgate Town Councillor and was Mayor of Ramsgate in 2008/09.
My hobbies include reading autobiographies, gardening and the theatre.
I am committed to listening and working hard with and on behalf of all residents and groups in my ward.
